Working throughout the catchment area of the hospice are specialist community doctors and nurses, along with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers. These community palliative care specialists work with patients in their own homes and care homes to enable them to manage their illness whilst helping them remain at home.

The hospice staff work closely with GP’s and District Nurses to ensure appropriate care and support is being given to patients to help them maximise their quality of life.
